"We loved it here. The room was very spacious for London. The still and sparkling water on every floor plus coffee, tea, and hot water was wonderful. Staff was friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet over the holidays when we were there, but it was an easy walk to a few different Tube stations or to St. Paul's Cathedral and some of the other sights."

"Staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and shortly after our engagement, so the staff set out a few decorations in our room + a few cakes to make our stay a bit more memorable. The room itself was clean, well spaced and had good amenities. "

"We had a fantastic stay- everything was perfect, from the staff being friendly and endlessly helpful, gorgeous and comfortable room and incredible food, service and views from the 7th floor bar/restaurant. I was not able to try the pool but will next time. From now on we will only book Virgin hotels. The BEST!!!"

"Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar ist außergewöhnlich und bietet ein tolles Ambiente. Wer gerne mal verschiedene Biere ausprobieren möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß mit ordentlichem Kingsize-Bett. Das Bad überzeugt mit einer ordentlichen Dusche und genügend Platz. Die Lage im Financial Distrikt überzeugt durch die Ruhe am Abend und die prima Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt (sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der tube, Station...

"King beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, the room was very quiet, the hot water in the bathroom is piping hot :), the staff is exceptional - great customer service, excellent restaurant and bar with delicious meals and warm and attentive wait staff, and the hotel overall is very clean, new-looking and comfortable. My husband enjoyed lifting weights in the gym. The hotel’s location near the London Wall makes it centrally located to The City and a number of underground stations. ...
