"The hotel was built in 2024 and the decor and carpets in corridors and our room still looked like new. The room was spacious, good sized bathroom and large shower. The bed was comfy. Strangely the room window glass was obscured and misted so you couldn't look out. Breakfast was complimentary and was quite good. My husband said the orange juice was watered down and the cereals weren't great. However lots of fresh fruit salad available and bowls of yoghurt and very fresh delicious croissants each...

"Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."
