"We only booked in late in evening and left early morning. The room was spotless and the aircon was on when we arrived. We were exhausted from travel and it was a pleasure to come to a room fully prepared. We were on the ground floor which was great and it was very quiet. The shuttle bus took us straight to airport next morning, no problems was very thankful for it, the whole resort looks amazing although we only saw it at night"

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in.
