"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。
設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。
しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。
その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"

"Nice close location for late night arrival, but if you grab a taxi or Uber, worth the drive to head a little further and stay wherever you want to start from the next day. We slept well and all was OK, but facilities are a little tired and the shuttle had limited capacity and had to do multiple trips to collect everyone needing to get to the motel. "The hotel is a construction site and there was no prior notice of this before checking in. No pool to use and we had to navigate around tradies painting the exterior walls, the roof and pathways being high pressure washed and the sound of power tools from 7.15am. Not exactly the enjoyable stay we were expecting."
