Room had left over trashing it, there was no running water to the bathroom sink, the tub was chipping paint everywhere, no smoke detector. That hallways were literally falling apart, dripping water, paint falling, doors with holes in them. Would NEVER stay here or recommend it again. Stayed in way better for less money. Absolutely disgusting.

Very outdated and room was unsafe! I had my 4 year old daughter with downsyndrome and the second door in our room led to the pool and there was no chaim lock so she could just open the door and take off! I had to put a chair in front of it! Also no heat in the hallways and no breakfast

The first room we were assigned had a large chunk of the ceiling that was falling down, another area of the ceiling 2'x3' above the window was water stained. Curtains had large water stains, the carpet from the bed to the window was wet and the fire detector was covered with a plastic grocery store bag and tied off. The front desk moved us to a Jacuzzi room at no additional charge. When we walked in, the carpet was clearly old and worn out and the jacuzzi had 5-6 spiders in it and multiple webs. When we turned the water on to try and fill it, dark brown sludge and rust poured into the tub for 8-10 seconds until the water finally ran clear. Buckets were all over the pool/commons area catching running water from the leaking roof. Needless to say, I would never recommend or stay here again.

I can't belive Wyndham has their name on this place. Feels like a small family bought a foreclosed motel and is trying to operate it (barely). Not a staff member in sight, just a teenage girl in regular clothes running the front desk. The whole property was run down looking and smelling. Visible dust all over our room. Greasy residue on tile floor. Tile in bathroom had huge ungrouted seams and the tub was so beat up. Bathroom vanity had screws literally sticking out of it where they attached a diy toilet paper holder, someone could get injured. Wallpaper peeling throughout our room and hallways. Multiple space heaters in the entry way. Plastic wrap on hallway floors and buckets for drips. I mean it was a quiet, cheap stay, but we were all shocked at the condition of the place. Would like a refund.

Hotel it's self was disgusting, had no heat in hallways/front desk, there was dust/cob webs in bothbroom we rented and build up around bath and sink drains, there was no shower curtain, exposed wires through out the hotel as well as missing ceiling tiles the tiles that were in tact had brown stains all over from leaks, ALL ice machines were down. We were unable to shower or brush our teeth due the the yellow/brown water coming out both room fausets. 10 outta 10 do not recommend.

The staff was very friendly but they have their hands full. The place was absolutely disgusting and run down. We had to change rooms twice. The first room was down a dark hallway..barely any of the lights work. Outside of our room 217 there were 2 trash cans on the floor and literally puddles of water on the carpet outside our room. Also water running down the walls. Our second room had no water in the toilet tank. Im amazed that this place is part of the Wyndam franchise. It truly needs to be shut down and remodeled before anyone else stays there

This place was completely falling apart due to mold, water damage, and general uncleanness. The owners showed no care to how inhospitable the place is.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The first room I was given was filthy, with stains on the bedding and hair throughout the bathroom and sheets. I was offered another room, and then two more after that, and every single one was dirty and clearly not cleaned. I never even got the chance to sleep and ended up leaving at 2 AM to drive all the way back home exhausted and frustrated. There was water leaking down the hallway wall directly in front of a room they had just given another guest. That same guest told me his room had mold all throughout it. The fact that they knowingly rented out rooms in those conditions is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The lobby had no heat. Instead, they had two electric heaters and two natural gas heaters sitting in the lobby and behind the front desk, which felt unsafe and extremely unprofessional. The staff seemed confused and untrained, and it honestly appeared that some of them were living there. At one point, a woman in pajamas who was called in began arguing with staff about why they would give someone a room if they knew it was dirty. It was chaotic and embarrassing. I was told to wait until 9 AM to speak to a manager about a refund. The manager was rude, hung up on me multiple times, and even hung up on Expedia. No sleep, no refund, no accountability. Avoid this place. The overall condition of the property shows a complete disregard for guest safety, cleanliness standards, and basic hospitality practices.

Went in the winter. The entire hotel was freezing. My room didn’t have any heat on when I entered and I had booked it 3 days in advance so they knew I was coming. The blankets were super thin, I ended up going to a store and purchased a blanket. It took a good 2-3 hours for it to warm up. The floor was still cold even in the morning.

The hotel was freezing with space heaters everywhere. Outdated with many coats of paint coming off. There was piles of construction materials all through out. The gym wasn't open along with the restaurant which I believe it was never opened by staff.

Wasn't allowed to check in with our service dog without paperwork-- When advised that there is no paperwork, I was called a liar.
