"There were no outlets in the bathroom making it difficult to use appliances in there. There was a steamer but no iron. Perhaps someone could ask for these things but for the amount we paid per night, it was disappointing."

"We have been trying out hotels/motels in the West Point vicinity for a couple years, so West Point Motel seemed an obvious choice for location. It was clean and had a reasonable rate for the location. There is a Mexican restaurant, drug store, and grocery store within walking distance. I was able to drive to the Academy in less than 5 minutes. Some things to think about if considering the motel. "We stayed in one of the stone cottages and were given two keys to our room and only one of the two worked. Walls are pretty thin you could hear other people's conversations. The room itself was cozy and clean and has a romantic vibe making it an ideal location for a weekend getaway with your partner."

"Room was clean, great staff they were very accommodating and all the amenities was a plus for us the only thing I would say is don’t get a room near housekeeping which we did and they start washing and cleaning early and our room was right across and was up early because we heard the slamming of the washer and dryer, not a negative of this place please don’t take that wrong but just a little side note.l make sure your room is mot a food lol . Definitely will stay here again ."

"Convenient and lovely Inn in the midst of downtown Beacon. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The rooftop area was delightful later in the evening to relax post dinner prior to returning to our room."

"TV didn't work, when I asked the staff about it they said they didn't know how to make it work. cigarette ashes on the floor , hairs on the bed ,floor was sticky it's definitely a place you do not want to stay at"

"It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room"
