"Wonderful staff"

"The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."

"The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. Whoever designed the bed system should put a page of instruction within. Terry said the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up! But we had a wonderful time! "The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best! "
