"Spent the weekend in Port Douglas. By The Sea Port Douglas is perfectly situated for walking to the whole of Maccrosso. St, the Boat Shed, Rex Park and 4 Mile Beach. The property is really well maintained and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this property."

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this.
However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....
