"Hotel was new and quite clean. Easy access to parking. Breakfast looked good, but we had other plans and couldn't enjoy it. Our king suite was very large and quite comfortable. Although we didn't stay for breakfast, it would be nice if it were available until 10:30 instead of 9:30, because we do plan on coming back."

"Everything was great, the facility was clean. The desk staff was a bit protective of the pool passes and that was a turn off. One of our rooms had warn carpets on the entrance and made it feel less than it was. Breakfast was very good beds where good and over all we enjoyed our stay. That pool slide is lots of fun. "

"It's an older property. My sheets were clean and the room was quiet. The person at the counter was friendly and I appreciated that since I was very tired. I have no complaints."

"Entering the lobby from the refuse littered construction zone of a parking lot guests are greeted by the overwhelming smell of an old and dirty ashtray. The rooms were advertised and pictured as refurbished. Our two rooms on the 6th floor were dumps! Upon arrival I contacted Expedia about cancellation but the robot said I was too late! We have stayed at rustic hotels around the world but this is at the dregs of bottom tier and the downtown area seems to be in a death spiral in spite of some...
