"There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels."

"Staff are gracious and communication is awesome! I loved the layout and design finishes (feels very posh)! The amenities are very much appreciated, including the huge refrigerator, washer and dryer (bigger than what I have at home)! I felt very relaxed and looked forward to returning to the room. "Apartment suite. Nicely laid out. Bedroom can be made private from kitchen, living room, and restroom. Staff - very nice & helpful. Only amenities in room - bathroom items and enough coffee for one pot. But overall very nice."

"Newpark is great. Just had an ant problem in the rooms. They moved us quickly to a new room but found some ants in there as well. Love the resort in total and the hot tub that comes with the room was an awesome bonus. Could be a little cleaner.."
