"Clean, great value. Our parking spot was very close to our room, convenient. Front desk staff Ara was awesome, efficient and helpful. We selected this stay because it had laundry room, and we had no wait to use machines; soap and such for sale there if needed. Got take out from restaurant right next door, also convenient. Only minor bummer was the shower - didn't love the not-adjustable shower head with awkward spray pattern, very loud bathroom fan, and two of us bumped our elbows pretty good on...

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose...

"The property was under a major renovation that was unknown to us before arrival. We had no hot water for one day or our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were not functioning, so we were unable to use either. The room they put us in was surrounded by loud construction. The staff was nice and the property could be decent once the construction is taken care of and they get the pool and jacuzzi functioning."

"My son and I had a very pleasant stay. The beds and room were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring the Univ of Utah and hopping on the light rail to see the city. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again."
