"This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are super nice with two easy chairs and a side table The bed is very comfortable and they give you plenty of pillows. We had lunch at the Manhattan Deli and it was excellent. There are plenty of bell boys to help with luggage and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our shower wasn’t working and they sent up a maintenance man right away that took care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again "

"I went looking for the ice machine could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice"

"Room was clean, free breakfast is included with the stay and there is a great little garden towards the back of the property. Really nice for a morning walk."

"Felt like we were the only ones there. Themed rooms, our room was the Victorian style. Big bath and huge shower, the room was a great size. Our bed was a sleep number bed which was great for two people. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast, good variety, the only thing hot was hot water. Safe location, it was maybe 10 mins from Walmart and even closer to a grocery store. "

"The people who worked here were very friendly. They were always willing to help answer questions and fill us in on what was going on. If we could give the staff six stars, we would. The rooms have been updated and are quaint. Could use a few more power outlets. The casino area is somewhat dated. "

"Picked this hotel, even being higher priced than others in the area due to great reviews of the pool/hot tub. Which of course were closed. I wish these places would note that on the reservation site as it is a deciding factor for us always. We were very disappointed after a 9 hr drive to not be able to soak. That being said, the folks there were very friendly, rooms dated but comfortable. Feather pillows. We didnt have one of the rooms that looked newly rennovated on the website. Last but not...
