"The hotel is under renovations and the room we were originally given did not have a working tv, we were switched to another room without issue. The room was old and not remodeled yet but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I went downstairs for the breakfast thinking I could get coffee and orange juice but both were out of order. "The room was clean and well kept up. They offer a breakfast at an on sight restaurant, which was Very Good!. Our only complaint was the spa, which was not spa temperature. It was luke warm instead of hot. It is indoors so you would think they could regulate the temp better. "

"Check in and played machines till 415am, couldnt remember room number, and staff was on break, and the gentleman who was covering the front desk had no way too tell me what room i was in until staff got back at 5am. I had proper i.d., but i had no phone on me to ask my husband , who was sleeping. "

"Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind. Excellent breakfast! "

"Room was clean, large bathroom! Staff was friendly, we loved having the kitchen in our room. The free breakfast was just OK. Yogurt, but only vanilla, waffles, great OJ, they had chocolate, but only a few envelopes a day. As soon as it was gone, no refills. Scrambled eggs everyday and not very good ones. They did have begals with cream cheese! Hot tub was great. "
