"Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Iceberg Inn. First time needing a pet friendly room and was pleased with it overall. The Iceberg Inn is a quaint place in a good location. They are renovating & doing a great job. I'd stay there again."

"Made our reservation at 10:40AM. At 4pm they sent a msg they had overbooked (of course AFTER they had already charged us). Nope! They offered a much lesser room at a sister site (same fee). Nope again! Poor poor customer service! Do NOT recommend. They kept us on hold over 30 mins to not even say I’m sorry."

The contactless check-in process did not work for us because we never received the text message with check-in instructions. It seems they did not have my phone number on file, and I did not receive an email either. When we arrived, we were confused because the office was locked and there was no staff available. "My husband and I came for Memorial Weekend and this stay was a gem! The room was spacious but cozy and very clean. Check in was super easy and the staff were so helpful and kind our entire stay. It was also extremely close to Heavenly Village area so we could leave into town and come back to our room very conveniently. Our room even had a draw curtain in the middle so if you had multiple families staying in the room, they could use the pull out sofa and still close the curtain for their own...

"Not the greatest place but it wasnt bad. One of the few motels there that will let you bring more than just a yap dog. There is a dog area to walk them. It could use new carpet. I dont blame them for waiting since dogs are in and out."
