"Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"

"This place was incredibly clean & tidy. The staff were great & the front desk lady was very pleasant. I don't have any negative experience in this location. Would highly recommend friends & family to book with Bluelake Inn. It's a great location. It is near many places & the stateline of Nevada. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Bluelake Inn. The swimming pool wasn't open, but there are many lake side available to swim, etc."

"We recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment style room. They had everything you needed to create a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and was always quick to respond to any requests we had. The location is phenomenal whether you are wanting to go to the beach or the state line activities. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful perk to use after hiking all day. We will be staying here every time we go to South Lake...

"It started out as I entered the room to find out it’s not as the room I reserved on Expedia, and the type of rooms are all occupied. I ended up in the standard room which is not big enough to accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 people. The hotel is at a very convenient location, but the room is just not equipped for comfort."

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"They had to have me stay across the road in the older part of the place. Black topping the main building the next day so the parking was bad. The room and the hallway stonk. Old furniture. The place is in poor shape."

"This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. "For some reason, we ended up with the ADA room without requesting it. So, there was no jacuzzi but the shower was quite large. The bed filled the majority of the room but we didn’t need much space so it was fine. All the amenities were great, especially the fire place. The day we were checking out the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door early in the morning to see if we had left so they could get the room ready, which wasn’t a big deal it was just pretty early so I thought it was abnormal....
