"We had a really wonderful visit at the Inn at Diamond Cove. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay. We knew nothing about the inn or the island's history so it was a leap of faith and well worth it."

"We had BLACK MOLD ALL OVER the shower and the ceiling. Completely unacceptable and gross. I have never seen this in a hotel before. We checked in at 10:30 pm so we did not notice it until the morning. We checked out at 4:00 to catch our flight, so when we left, I attempted to connect with someone at the front desk, but no one was there. I left multiple messages but the hotel has not returned my call."

"We were in room 101 for 4 days the staff in the morning laugh good up p l right in the hallway out side the door very unprofessional we booked the room to sleep and that did not happen. The front desk night clerk was sick for days with persistent every three minute cough I asked why he was working sick he said (I have a tickel in his throat a lie not all week
A real disappointment"

"The 1st room I was assigned to was way at the end of a very long hallway and I had to walk by ladders and pipes in the hallway to get to my room. The plumbing in my first room was not working well..the sink clogged, no hot water, no shower pressure. Staff were wonderful and reassigned me a room which was closer to the lobby. Everything worked fine in this room"

"Hotel was very outdated and not very clean. Unless the outdatedness just made it seem dirty. Not sure if they have a working elevator or not. We were told to use the steps to the 2nd floor. If you need an elevator, I would definitely inquire prior to booking."
