"The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Greeted by the lovely Rosie, she made us feel very welcome. Had a lovely breakfast cooked fresh with plenty of options. The room was very nice and over looked the beautiful garden. Perfect location, only 5 mins into the local town. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a lovely stay and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance from town and close to multi-storey carpark, which was useful. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was possible to choose what you wanted for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic, quirky stay with mugshots of criminals lining the walls and prison doors into rooms. Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back."

"Lovely accommodation convenient location to the Brook. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Shower slightly on the hot side for a perfect shower. Very satisfied"

"Saff are brilliant, very friendly and really wanted to help unfortunately regional senior management still have not provided a deafguard as required by the equality act 2010 putting both myself and staff at risk in a fire, also interior is getting tired, i had a flooding issue in room 19 and room 15 smelt damp musty and needs a deep clean."
