"The staff was helpful and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poor.
The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, and the bedsheets had not been changed, I found hairs in my bed. Staff did change after request. During my stay, the room was not vacuumed, and basic toiletries such as shower gel wasn’t provided.

"I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less.
