"I have OCD..my husband and I and ours kids travel alot and I bring my own sheets, blankets and cleaner because I normally have to clean before anyone sits or get comfortable, because I just don't trust weather things were cleaned to my standards. BUT The Hard Rock Hotel was VERY CLEAN and WELL MAINTAIN, LOVE the Decor and bathrooms was very CLEAN and maintained. The hotel it self was close to everything we wanted to do. "This is an awesome property to stay during your stay in New York. It's convenient for the Uber shuttle drop-off from the airport or heading back to the airport (LaGuardia). Our room was clean and the hot water was hotttttt!!! Nicole was the most amazing representative at the front desk!!! She made sure my daughter and I had a great room with an awesome city view!! Please for Nicole or Chloe upon your booking. We will return to NYC and this is where we will stay!!!!!"
