"Wonderful room, pillow menu available. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Wonderful. My one criticism would be the shower, poor water pressure, dodgy temperature control, needs a different shower head."

"Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a...
