I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable. The room was far below any standard — minimal facilities, uncomfortable, and utterly inadequate. The treatment I endured was nothing short of horrifying. I felt scared, humiliated, and entirely unwelcome throughout my entire stay. Despite my frustration, I kept quiet out of fear and sadness, but let me make this crystal clear: this is THE worst place I have ever stayed. Their blatant racism, disrespect, and complete lack of basic decency and professionalism are unforgivable. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially when paying for a service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. I also read other reviews, and it’s clear they dismiss negative feedback, respond with hostility, and even accuse guests of lying instead of taking responsibility and working to improve. Their attitude towards customers is shameful. They may respond to my review too, but I hope everyone understands what kind of place this is — one that preys on vulnerable guests and treats them with contempt. Stay far away.

I came down to watch the Sydney 500 V8supercars, same as last year . This motel is so convenient, as the track is a few minutes up the road, quick easy in and out with all the main arterial routes and highways near, Rooty Hills shopping centre fasts foods , service stations etc, Minchinbury Macca uo the road about 5 mins, very polite staff. Will stay here again next time I’m down here. Good racing and excellent spot for a motel. Cheers from Mikey.

Decent place. The only issue we had was with the guy at check in. Think he was an owner. Spent at last 30 minutes trying to get checked in and all this guy wanted to do was bash America! As soon as he found out we were Americans he wanted us to know how bad our country is. He insisted we are the bullies of the planet that does nothing but start wars for no reason. He claimed we (America) was responsible for the war between Russia and Ukraine. He then went on to say that America orchestrated the events on 911. We were very offended by this man but being strangers in a strange land we didn’t know how to handle the situation with this guy. Other than this guy we loved our trip to Australia. If you’re an American I’d steer clear of this place. To the owner. You should leave world politics out of your business. You never know how cultures from other countries will react to your opinions. I think every American would have been offended by your statements. We sure were. Your hotel was nice and clean though.

The blankets had caked in white stains or hadn’t been washed, the deck was filthy, the soap in the shower had black sludge growing inside of it. The police were there two nights out of my three night stay, the television had nothing available. I got what I paid for, but I should have paid for more. The staff were nice.

Great location, central to access main roads to any part of sydney metro. Very quiet, Plenty of parking, clean room, comfy bed, lovely helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Reception and internet very bad and the lamp in the room had a cord that had wires coming out (major fire hazard) but apart from that bed was very comfortable

When booking I did not realise that they did not do after hours check in and when ringing as per the email, they told me there was nothing they could do in a very rude manner and hung up on me. Upon ringing back, they said they would stay until 1030. However this was not enough time and we did not make it. Meaning we were left stranded. Moral of the story, do not book this accommodation if you will plan on having late check in as they will treated you horribly!
