"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a continental breakfast; muffins, bagels, cereal. The bagels were soft and satisfying. Hot coffee 24hrs. Microwave in the lounge area but room did have a mini fridge. Will stay here again!"

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

The Dunkin Donuts inside the property was over an hour behind with their food orders, so we had to leave it and come back and ask at a later time if they would still honor the food even though we had to leave and...
