"Room heater needs repair but works. Didn't use internet I have my own so im not sure about that. Parking was fine. Definitely pet-friendly, people were walking there dogs all day lol. The staff....maybe needs a course in how to address problems. I was driving in traffic for two hours. I waited patiently for my turn and got my key only the key didn't work. Neither did the new key. I mentioned I just needed to use the restroom but the staff didn't care, they just kept giving me keys. This was after I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come back from their lunch break. The next day the key to my room stopped working after I made sure it was untouched and in the sleeve I got it in. The staff talked to me as if I did something wrong, and then felt caught off guard when I gave them the business end about it. Sorry you paid for crappy keys. Next time don't blame guests for your cheap supplies. Room doesn't come with microwave or refrigerator so don't buy food to keep in there. A lot of police activity my second day. When I went to checkout there was an Police SUV parked in the lot. It's an ok place to sleep but I wouldn't stay here too long. "

"Staff were all extremely friendly except for an odd tone from the guy who can't walk well that was off. Besides, that, cleaning staff friendly, clean rooms. Laundry room was useful. No issues all around. Thanks!"

"It has a beautiful setting right next to the harbor. The property was well-maintained and very clean, though shops are a 30-minute walk away. However, grocery delivery (Walmart) was exceptionally fast. The connecting room door was very thin with a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom; you can hear everything in the next room, which impacts privacy. The 1970s-style lamps and slow, integrated headboard chargers need modern USB/USB-C upgrades. For some odd reason, when I was connected to their WiFi, neither my phone or my laptop could get a signal. Once I disconnect from the WiFi, everything worked just fine. I did mention that to the front desk clerk, but he said his electronics were working okay, so I let it go. The headboard was unanchored and rocked against the wall, requiring a DIY fix with pillows. This hotel is a decent budget-friendly option for the price, just be prepared to deal with a few trivial inconveniences and minor annoyances. 4/24/2026 "

"Great views, chill place, big rooms, and free juices and coffees. Very close to clean safe places to have fun. Highly recommend."

"Cons: Smells like cigarettes inside the room, lots of burn holes in blankets, roaches in restroom, microwave was half burnt light bulbs were out in restroom and in main room lamp. Key card did not work until maintenance had to replace batteries in the door unit which took a whole day. Had to get something from the room and while the key card did not work since maintenance hadn’t come yet, I went to front desk and no one was there to let me in. I waited for 30 minutes. Pros: Fridge worked well, shower worked well, A/C worked well. Great location for the Oakland Marathon."
