"Stayed here for the Ariana Grande concert at Oakland Arena. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes from the venue. Of course you’re always a little weary when having to stay in Oakland but to be honest this property was not bad at all. "I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."

"If you are on a tight budget, this is a good place. I stayed for a week and it was MUCH cheaper than staying in San Francisco. VERY close to the beach! Only thing in-between is a bowling alley. You can see the sand from the hotel entrance. I will say, the crowd that was staying there the whole time I was there, were VERY disrespectful people. Leaving the pool area a mess for days. "The property was great for what we needed this trip. We needed something close to public transportation, the airport and Oakland Arena. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds.
