"Enjoyed staying here lovely old Cotswold stone style Manor House room was fine looked over garden so was quiet I liked having a room that allowed you to open windows !

"There were strong dog smells in the reception area, and the rooms often picked up cooking smells from the kitchen. The mattresses in the bedrooms were also too soft and should be replaced with firmer, more comfortable ones.
Overall, the stay was fine for the price point, but anything over £70 per night would not represent good value for money."

"This is a lovely pub the staff very welcoming and a warm homely atmosphere.
We had an evening meal which was nice, then an absolutely lovely breakfast.
The room itself was ok I didn't sleep too well as the mattress was rock hard and so were the pillows so I woke up with a bad back.
Also there was no shower which was very disappointing I don't like having to take a bath where hundreds of people have been"
