Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely...

"Helpful staff but very run down property. My room had a broken bed frame, a broken fridge with duct tape around it. A highly stained chair was included. The floor was uneven and very creaky, which caused a lot of noise."

"We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. "Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area. Everything you need in the clean and tidy room and a great base for exploring. Fans available during the warm weather, a lovely table and chairs with umbrella to sit out at on an evening. The breakfast for £9 was excellent nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Parking brilliant and was lovely to see Buddy the dog pottering around with his ball. Thank you for having us."
