"The cold water in the shower did not work at all, so showers were nearly scalding. The shower looked like it was from a frat house, very unclean looking. There was no conditioner in the shower. The shower gel ran out after just two nights(I suppose our fault because we declined room service?). I don't normally stay at hiltons, and I remember why now"

"Die Zimmer durften schon weit über zwei Stunden vor der Check- in Zeit bezogen werden. Alles sauber. Da der Pool lange geöffnet war, war es Abend auch noch lange laut. Das Frühstück war frisch, ausreichend und gut.
Ich kann das Hotel guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen."

"I recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area and had a mixed experience.
The lobby is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also had the mushroom and cheese flatbread at the bar, and it was outstanding.
Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. The rooms feel quite dated and could benefit from updates. I was surprised there were no complimentary bottles of water, and the in-room...

"We loved the location and how convenient it is to get around. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you anywhere in 2mi radius and most things you need is within that radius. The shuttle also takes you to the parks! The property is absolutely massive and the vibes are nice.
The room was really spacious and clean, we loved the balcony
This is gonna be our go to hotel when we go to Orlando again"

"The only criticism I have is the limited availability of microwaves in the hotel. Only two were available for use in the entire hotel with multiple guests waiting to reheat their food. For a hotel this size it’s ridiculous and I have been a guest at this hotel for over ten years. When the hotel is booked with multiple groups during busy times with hundreds of people this can be extremely frustrating.
