"Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

"Nice little studio. This was in a fun location in Del-ray with little shops and restaurants near by. Best for me was that the A11 bus goes right from this place to the conference hotels and metro stop in Crystal City. No need to Uber."
