"If I could give this hotel a 10, I would have. I have never stayed at a nicer hotel. There is absolutely nothing they forgot. Beautiful comfortable queen beds with 4 fluffy pillows. 2 comfy easy chairs with table and ottoman. Desk with adjustable office chair. Large tv with tons of programming. Nespresso espresso maker with pods and cream. Electric tea pot and fancy teas. All on coffee bar with sink and fridge down below. Walk in glass shower with, handheld shower wand. Deep soaker tub with handheld shower wand. L'Occitane bath products and lotion. Closet with robes, slippers, umbrella, clothes steamer, ironing board, and safe. Dyson blow dryer in bathroom. Amazing friendly and helpful front desk. Centrally located for walkability to all downtown pub, bakeries, stores and restaurants. I just can't say enough. Best hotel ever. Oh fresh filtered water replenished daily "

"The room was fine and had a greta view of the harbour area and mountains beyond. All was good aside from noisy air conditioner/heater fan - had to turn it off and even then still made a noise in the night"

"We had a very good stay here. It’s centrally located and close to restaurants and places you might want to visit, such as the Royal BC Museum, Parliament, and Chinatown. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Kudos to the front desk staff member on the morning shift (sorry I wasn’t able to get your name) who assisted us. We really appreciated all your help. The building is older, so you can expect to hear some noise from the hallway as it’s not fully soundproof. The pool is quite small, but my kids still enjoyed swimming in it. Parking is included and safely secured in their gated parking area."
