"Filthy rooms. Carpets are dirty and stained. Rooms have body odour stench. Toilets were blood stained and black under the rim with grime. Shower wall had hair stuck to it and hair in the drain. Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. Duty manager came to inspect this and blamed me for “using too much soap”, and did not offer anything to remedy the situation in the moment. "We stayed in the Queen apartment room it was perfect for the 2 day Masterclass online sessions we were doing, nice and quiet the service staff were super helpful and accommodating. Onsite parking was great, laundry facility in the apartment was handy. Had to be very careful when getting in/out of the shower. Good location will come here again."
