"This is a very nice property. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and this was one of the cleanest. If there is anything to complain about is there is "some" traffic noise from nearby Highway 30. Beyond that, id recommend it to anyone!!"

"when i got the staff check not so nice I'am a business women give me a room like in a hole away from everybody and 2 shift young lady I trying to ask her a question in so many words I am busy. checking out that morning that lady was a doll she is so professional at work need more people in the world her. I return keys in didn't hear anything about $20 I paid for deposit for the keys thanks Bessie Mcneal"

"Room was great, big and clean"

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly. When we first arrived, we noticed our toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink wouldn’t drain properly. Staff did come and temporarily fix the toilet, but my husband had to continue to mess with it for the duration of the stay. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The pool was freezing and my kids only lasted about 20 minutes. Also there is no hot tub anymore. It looks like it was filled in. Overall it was fine for what we needed but the rooms need a little tlc."

"Every time we come to the area 3-4 times a year, we stay here. The staff is GREAT, the rooms/pool are clean and the restaurant on site is great!!!"

"The hotel is unique in that it used to be a middle school. It has a school feel to it which is fun. However, the room felt dirty, and it felt like there was no staff anywhere. Almost felt like we were walking the halls of an abandoned hotel. We always had to wait for someone to come to the desk or we were directed to the restaurant for anything we needed (which was also empty until someone came out). The old wood floors in the room are noisy and creaky when you walk so you can’t get up to go to the bathroom without waking everyone else up. Would not recommend. "
