Hotel murah di Green Hills

"I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here many times, but during my last visit I finally decided to take advantage of the fire pit area. Unfortunately, the fire pit wasn’t working — such a bummer."

"Best pool/hot tub in the area. Rooms look modern. I just wish we didn’t have to pay $4.00 to park. This is my favorite hotel to stay in near the casino area."

"Parking was perfect, room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the shower had visible dirt in it as if it had not been rinsed away and the door’s safety lock was very loose and didn’t secure. "

"They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest."

"The rooms where nice and clean.I didn't care for the breakfast. The toasters didn't work to good to toast the bagels."

"polished version: The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The paint, furnishings, and carpeting all felt dated and drab. Although the room itself was reasonably clean, the worn condition of everything made it feel less fresh than it could have. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and there was plenty of hot water."

"Our stay was great until we got up in the morning to shower. The shower head didn’t work, there was no hot water and the towels smelled sour. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and amenities were good. "

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."

"The location was a short distance from the highway, the room and facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was served in the morning to start the day."

"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees."

"Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff was helpful. Breakfast could be better."

"Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,"

"For the price and a quick place to stay well travelling home this was a great place. Room was clean. It’s an older place but was clean staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was great. Fridge was a bit loud. This is not a 4star hotel but how can you expect that when you’re paying this price. My husband and daughter were pleased with the stay."
