"The room was clean. Our second visit, we stayed 2 nights. Staff came in and made one bed and emptied trash. That was odd. Desk staff assumed that everyone knows the "rules" of using the card key for the elevator. "

"Spent 4 nights there and had a great experience. I was a bit worried as there weren't many reviews but it turns out it is a brand new hotel. Room were clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't mention, but they have a great gym with exercise equipment and free weights. They also have a coffee shop and a restaurant onsite, where they serve simple food. I had a cheeseburger and it was delicious. The hotel is located next to China town with a lot of good restaurants and World Square and other shopping. It's also next to tram lines. Great neighborhood. Overall, I had a great stay! Thanks! I will be back!"
