"Pat was absolutely delightful and greeted us with a tour and history of the manor. "

"First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...

"Breakfast was adequate, not spectacular. Hot food was all meat and eggs, nothing or not much for vegetarians and vegans. "

They moved me to another room sheets in that bed were dirty as well I went to the front desk to ask if they had any clean sheets that I could put on myself they told me no I asked if there was another room they could move me to even though the other four buildings had no cars in the parking lot they told me no.. they did offer for me to cancel my reservation but I already had plans in the area if you're going to own a hotel you...

"The facility is old and very poorly maintained. The staff is unresponsive. Mold in the shower. Room had various maintenance issues. "

"The room was clean and simple. You can tell it was renovated a while ago and showed some wear. Main complaint was the lobby and hallways smelled like smoke. thankfully the room did not."

"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."
