"We have stayed here now 3 times and I hate to say the third time was the worst. Are room was very dirty. Our bathroom sink was clogged right away I called front desk, maintenance came and just handed me a bottle of drano and told me to just pour it down the drain and wait an hour. Shouldn’t that be there job to do that come on. Got charged 15 dollars for a microwave and my girlfriend is a Hilton honors member but the woman that checked us in was very rude about the whole check in which we had to...

"The public areas in the lobby were a mess due to renovation work and the lobby and floors have an odor BUT the room IU was in was indeed renovated so was very good except there was no place to hang clothing. I understand the need to do renovation but they could do a much better job of keeping the lobby area cleaner looking during construction (many place are able to do this). Also the parking lot is dark with no lights, I was almost afraid to leave my car here."

"The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

"Overall stay was ok. We stayed here with the expectation of having a pool as we were traveling with a five year old. When signing in was when we were told the pool was down, it has been down for awhile and would be our whole trip. This info would have been nice to know before rental to allow us to decide whether or not this would have guided our decision."
