"We had booked a Seaview spa room and had the unfortunate experience of having no hot water for our entire two night stay. Unfortunately due to being a public holiday long weekend we were advised that no one would be available to attend the issue. We were refunded half of our booking fees however our long weekend away of relaxing in the spa was ruined.
The bed and room was out dated, a hole in the roof where I assume a down light once existed and the bar fridge froze all our drinks no matter what setting the fridge was on.
All in all a very disappointing experience"

"Repeat customer here. Lovely place, lovely owner who is so warm and welcoming. The area is quiet and feels safe. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds. Great amenities and close to centre of town. I visit this area a few times a year for work and do not feel the need to look elsewhere for a bed anymore in the area. After a hard day on the road such friendly smiley welcomes go a long way!"
