"NU Hotel in Brooklyn is a beat-up, poorly maintained, unwelcoming and unhelpful staff:
-rooms are crammed, beds are very uncomfortable - bed mattresses on both beds were hard and lopsided, bathroom shower did not function properly (could not be turned off so we had to keep it running, then the soap holder fell off, and there was dirt or mold around the edges of shower floor). Bathroom does not have a fan which could explain the mold.
-the air conditioning unit stopped working about midnight,...
