When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. "The room was very spacious and appeared clean. However, when we pulled back the bed covers, the sheets were grossly soiled and obviously had not been changed. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned and offered us a clean set of sheets to change ourselves, but made no apology or offer to change rooms.
