"Booking a room was misleading because the picture of the room wasn’t the room we were put in , wasn’t told we could order a cooked breakfast, wasn’t told that they had a smoking area, overall the room was very clean , the bed and bedding was spotless, we had tea , coffee and biscuits in room , bathroom was spotless which was very appreciated"

"Cheap, location was okay if you have car. Good setup, but bathroom you have to walk through a bedroom. Perfect though and seamless check in"

"Convenient location just next to tram station and near shopping centre. Originally booked wrong room type, but staff was very helpful changing to a family room for us which is much appreciated."

"Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them. Would definitely stay there again. "
