"The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast."

"Close to subway. Reasonable rates. Very clean. Excellent customer service. There was a parking garage across the street that I felt safe parking in and at a reasonable price."
