"The location was great for downtown Greenville. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and the falls. Perfect for attending festivals (Jazz Fest was this weekend). The staff was very courteous. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. The tub appeared clean, but grime stained. The carpets in the hallways had seen better days. I felt it was a little pricey for needing upgrades. No breakfast included, and hotel parking was expensive (though we used another garage a couple of blocks...

"The manager at check-in was not unfriendly, but neither was he friendly or welcoming. Must have been having a bad day. The room was a perfect size for a one person one or two night stay. Plenty of amenities like iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer. I liked that the shower was a wank-in, not a tub. The furniture as all pressed wood and has seen better days. See picture attached. Carpet needed to be replaced. Lots of stains and bad spots. See picture...
