Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. "Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. "This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show."

Staff was slow and one of the two had an attitude… (so much for being a Hilton Honors Member) View out my room (3rd floor) was a dumpy construction site. Never stay at this location again - Westin is by far a better, classic hotel worth the extra money!!! R"

"Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out."

"Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!"

"It did a lot of things right for a business traveller in town for a conference. However, would have been helpful to have a safe in the room. Also real milk not creamer and more than 2 tea bags. Finally, I totally get it but having to join the loyalty programme to access the wifi is a bit painful. I have so many memberships and it was such a pain."
