"We loved our circular room! Such a unique layout with good views but lots of blackout curtains for restful sleep. The staff were kind and helpful, the valet was quick and courteous. The 24hr hot coffee and tea were a nice treat. Quick walk down the stairs to river front and all the restaurants and shops!"

"Loved our first stay at Mint House! It was absolutely the perfect accommodations for us traveling with my daughter and her little family for us all to be together and not separated in hotel rooms. The locations was fabulous in downtown Greenville, yet not right on Main Street and all it's noise. We had never stayed in a place quite like this and the check in process sounded more complicated than it was. We were only allowed 1 parking space through Kasa but additional parking was easy and less complicated than it sounded as well. Things that matter to me are great beds with good pillows and linens, a kitchen so we don't have to eat out every meal, a social space to enjoy each other's company, clean and stylish decor and this apartment checked all the boxes. We will stay here again for sure."

"My air conditioner in my room, seemed like it didnt want to really cool off my room. I changed the air temperature at 10pm, got upbat 12 still the same. I put the air on 60 at 10pm At 3am the room was still 72...i was HOTTTT all night. Hair all in the tub, and on the walls👱‍♀️ and a wash cloth on the tub"

"Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV."
