"Small pet area with waste bags was nice for my dog. Wall unit heat/air was in good working order and kept the room a comfortable temperature for an October stay. Microwave and dorm refrigerator with no freezer worked and were clean. Bed was comfortable with lovely clean bedding. Morning coffee was hot. Everything else was unlike anything I have experienced before. Floor so dirty it made bare feet black. Dirty trash receptacles with no liners in them a used bar of soap on the sink a new bar of...

"The location was good for my trip. The room was needing updating. Our towels were not clean. The shower water took 5 minutes before it warmed up."

"The second I opened the door to my room I could smell the cigarette smoke and it smelled like it was stained into the walls. The room was half clean; used bar soap in the shower, trash and food in the trash can, and an unmarked spray bottle (I believe is was some sort of cleaning liquid) was left in the room. "It's a drug motel in a dangerous part of the city. Burns on the sheets. No pillowcase s. Everyone one staying there will hustle you for money or sex. I have no judgment on the people who live there they are just trying to get by but you should know it's a drug Motel"

"The Hotel Hartness is definitely a desirable set up for couples. We checked in and decided to check out the restaurant before going to the room. The wait staff said to have a seat and make yourselves comfortable. Someone came right over to the lounge area to wait on us. Dinner and breakfast was delicious 😋. Breakfast was not continental. We ordered omelets. The hotel was cozy, spacious, charming and close to places I enjoy visiting."

"The place was absolutely perfect & charming."

"Great stay"

"Nice place with nice workers and good breakfast as well"

"Very friendly and helpful staff as well as their front desk. Close to the airport, very convenient. Highly recommended for short trips"

"The subtle elegance is timeless and allows the guests to appreciate the historic value of this beautiful hotel. The spa-like bath products are much appreciated and worth shopping online to add to a home guest bath for a luxury feel. Greenville downtown area has much to offer in dining and with easy walking. We enjoyed a show at Bon Secours Convention Center and the drive to park and walk to show was seamless. From staff to the locals, the friendliness and warm welcome is what will keep you...

"Amazing staff, ultra-clean property inside and out, quiet and enjoyable."

"Great location for walking, but the breakfast could be a lot better"
