"The bath towels had somebody’s hair on them, which is disgusting. There was no heat on the room and it was cold outside. The fan only blew cold air and it was 63 degrees in the room. I couldn’t sleep because it was too cold. Hotel stay was not worth $221. "

"We originally got a room with a king bed and pull out bed for myself, mom, niece (18) and child (11). The front desk had said that she was going to upgrade us to their last 2 queen beds with no charge. Which was nice. Parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We got up to the first floor where our room was. We passed several rooms that looked like they were renovating.
The room wasn’t terrible. But can tell needed a little TLC. But it was only for 1 night. There were gnats in the freezer and...
