"The room was clean and everything that I needed was there. We had gotten a room for disabled, but it was only an extra large bathroom to accommodate a wheel chair. When I asked if I could get a room with a walk-in shower, they said it would be available on Sunday. I had it from that Sunday to Tues. "

"I wasn’t thrilled to find that the bathroom window wasn’t shut all the way when we arrived - it seemed to have been propped open by a stretch of toilet paper, strategically placed to where the window wouldn’t lock. If I weren’t neurotic about securing my hotel rooms, I wouldn’t have even noticed. Room was clean enough, although dated. The AC worked well. "We reserved the Deluxe room with king size bed. We called Thursday to confirm the room. We told them over the phone, we have 2 dogs. We were not given the room reserved. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The vending machine on the property was out of service. The lamp in the room was not properly assembled and would fall over easily. The staff was very unhelpful in our request and slightly apologetic about things. "
