"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

"The establishment need updating and cleaned up. Room was musty smell that I believe was coming from the shower area where the water drains. The bed was comfortable and clean. There is just so much you can do with such an old building."

"Pool was underwhelming and a few foreign floating objects in it on day one. Hot tubs jets were all broken except one and it didn’t actually aim anywhere on your body…worst breakfast I have ever had, inedible eggs, coffee was not drinkable. Room was fine, bed was comfortable and clean, but nothing special. The bathroom was clean. Pretty annoying that I have to go get clean towels in the lobby everyday and need to check out pool towels too. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was just for a night...

"I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped...

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and even on the day that it was closed we were able to use another hotel’s pool! Outstanding stay!!!"

"We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...
