"The hotel was very good. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Brussels. It’s close to the city center and easy to get around. I definitely would use it again if I were to return to Brussels for sightseeing or shopping. The staff was generally friendly and helpful for the most part. "

"Prima hotel net buiten het centrum van Gent, met een supervriendelijke ontvangst door een erg geestige medewerker. In 10-15 minuten wandel je naar het centrum. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon, je kunt parkeren ad. € 21,50 per nacht in een parkeergarage van het hotel zelf. Het ontbijt is niet het meest uitgebreide hotelontbijt, maar er is vooral ook helemaal niets mis mee, voor elk wat wils! Dit hotel is echt een aanrader als je een paar dagen in Gent wil verblijven!!"

"Beautiful hotel, grand lobby, nice rooms, big decent size bathroom, in a convenient location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies with long hair serving at the front check-in counter. Breakfast room was grand and selection fantastic."
