"Love everything about this hotel, staff was so friendly & the place was kept very clean. The room was a little dark but with this style hotel that’s expected. We got the courtyard room & i loved it. Amazing for families & close to almost anything! I will definitely be making this my hotel stay every time we come into town."

"On line was a bar but on property no bar. Swimming pool was not in use. Air was not working in lobby. In my room sink was not draining but mainteance did fix it. Nets were in room and bathroom picture glass broken."

"They have free parking garage exclusively for guests. They give you two free drinks in the evening and snacks as well. Staff is really friendly, and price is good."

"The room was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was just barely wheelchair accessible. One person had to step out into the hall in order for the wheelchair to move from one side of the room to the other. It was very inconvenient and difficult."

"I had a very important surgery the following morning and I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM. I did not sleep all night. There was a woman screaming like crazy. Worst hotel experience and worst night.!! I will definitely not be back. And the worst part is when we told management there was nothing that could be done."

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were ants in the bathroom, throughout the sleeping area, and even a few on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that maintenance would come address it, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly in either the hallway or the room, making the stay uncomfortable. The hot tub was also out of order for my entire stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. To...

"Breakfast can be way better. Only had a few granola bars and coffee no juice or water for children we traveled with 2 young children and no iron in the room had to go ask for one staff friendly."

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"If you want to sleep, good luck. This hotel is new but it has sensors for the lights in the room. So the lights can be turned on an off from a switch but even if you do that you will find the sensor has some sort of reset timer on them and your lights will randomly come on and off all night. If that wasn’t bad enough, when the lights are actually turned off for the short period of time before the sensor resets, the sensor is a dome light in the middle of the room that lights up the whole room at...

"Rooms not ready at check in time. Room not cleaned- dirty bed linens soaked with urine, crumbs on furniture, shower not cleaned, furniture needed dusting, pet odor, stains on curtains, employees were not responsive and rude. Terrible experience."
