"We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. "A beautiful hotel which has retained original features. All staff were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the river ...gorgeous! Our ensuite room was huge with a very big and comfortable 4 poster bed. All areas were clean and warm. The hot breakfast was made to order and was piping hot. A rareity these days ! A wonderful hotel which we will have no hesitation staying here again. 10/10"

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value."

"On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"
