"The location was great for exploring Florence and close enough to walk from the central train station. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The power to the unit is a bit fragile and I would suggest not using the toaster as it will consistently knock power out to the unit. This happened to us and the resulting delays caused us to miss an expensive full day tour of Tuscany, our main activity planned for the trip. It took us 3 hrs to finally get instructions...

"The apartment was larger than I expected. It was nice to have the area at the end to have a glass of wine looking over the rooftops. It was all clean and tidy. The steps were a bit of a killer, especially with the suitcase, but we only had to do that once. It gave us nice views though. The location was great. Close to just about everything but, because you were four floors up, it seemed quiet."
