"We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel."

"Staff were very pleasant. The hotel was a bit outdated, wallpaper was peeling and the the cupboards were well worn.
However rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with our stay at all. Location to downtown was perfect without the huge price tag. We came in for a Hockey game and it was a less than$10 uber to the arena. "
