"I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years. Unfortunately, when problems arise, I have often experienced inappropriate or disappointing responses from hotel staff, particularly at large hotel chains.
However, my experience at your hotel was completely different. When I raised concerns about the condition of my room, the staff took my complaints seriously and handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. The manager personally came to my room, and the female staff member...

"There happen to be a kids sport team staying in hotel at the same time and they were running and screaming through the halls at all ours of the night.
We were right by the stairs and the door going to the stairs made really loud noises every time someone opened it.
For the price I was expecting a better stay and the breakfast is not included and is very expensive, and it’s typical complementary breakfast at other hotels.
The plus was the beds were very comfortable."
