"Main building and facilities are really nicely done, however the room was very small and cramped. Bathroom very small, and in room facilities average, just a kettle. For a 5 Star I would have expected more, I would say more a 4 star. Breakfast again, was decent, but nothing amazing."
"It was the smallest, shabbiest most basic hotel room I have stayed in for a long time. Beds uncomfortable, bathroom tiny and needs redecorating. Room service poor options and then cancelled the order after waiting nearly an hour for it.
Vastly overpriced for what it is."
