"Hotels position is great, friendly staff, unfortunately the hotel is overpriced for the rooms."

"The cabin wasn’t as clean, sofa in cabin was absolutely dirty. Breakfast on both days was shambles, you’ve to queue up for hot breakfast, and the guy serving it Louis wasn’t the nicest, witnessed him being rude to 2 women, however being absolutely fine to others. People of colour are not nice to people of colour!!! Both days no veggie sausages, was told ran out, they just didn’t want to cook them… swimming for kids only 8-10am (same time as breakfast) and 3-5pm!!! We honestly do not recommend...

"Pros: lovely breakfast, nice aspect to the room and comfortable bed. Staff are delightful Cons: bathroom is a little tired - mildew and taps not fully working - but workable. "

"EXcellent,5 star hotel come pub and restaurant.Thoroughly clean throughout,excellent choice of real ales, excellent varied menu,ultra clean super king bedroom,overlooking the Dee marshes,and nice views over to Wales!Our favourite place to stay locally,just an hour travel from Merseyside area.a.Well be back soon!"

"Titanic hotel was amazing and all staff very helpful a polite. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The omelettes were freshly cooked and served to you. If you couldn’t see what you wanted ask. My only criticism would be that it was very dark outside our room and found it difficult to see where the key swipe card was, having to use the torch on our phone - however I guess if it’s too light it would spoil the effect."

"Beautiful property in lovely grounds. It was a very last minute break, and we just opted for a Classic Room, but it was spacious with an excellent bathroom and a beautiful view of the gardens. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend the hotel and are already looking forward to a return stay."

"We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the Docks in Liverpool. Very short walk to many activities including Beatles tours and many bars and restaurants."

"Staff was attentive and pleasant. Problems were that they ran out of basic breakfast menu items. Additionally, the property is not air conditioned and no fans were available until we requested one. The windows were restricted from being opened beyond two inches. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. On one evening, the hotel was completely out of ice."

"We got the package deal with breakfast and in room mini bar included.Lavish breakfast bar and alacarte menu was well worth the add on! Rooms were smallish for my taste but that is expected in Europe. This did not disappoint Just a preference. Staff was excellent!"
