"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "

"The property itself is very nice, spotless, and feels luxurious throughout. Everything is extremely well maintained, including the rooms, beds, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. It is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, with a lovely beach view and easy access for walks, including taking a dog out, making it a very pleasant place to stay overall. "The breakfast selection was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions about the area. Parking was not right at the site but an easy walk just a couple of blocks away. We were able to use a liading zone just in front of the property. Charming place to stay."

"Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable....

"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. Rooms unfortunately big let down 1 bath towel for 2 ppl double room 2 single beds pushed together pillows very uncomfortable small tv nice hotel but unfortunately quality of rooms let it down, not worth what i paid, wouldn't return or recommend "
